Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, inquiries, and services provided by Zenith Leisure Holidays Ltd. (“Zenith Holidays”, “we”, “us”, or “Company”), a trusted travel company in India since 1997, offering customized domestic & international holidays, MICE events, destination weddings, Forex, Visa assistance, and corporate travel solutions.

By making a booking or using our services (via website, mobile site, offices, call centers, or any channel), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form part of your contract with us. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any booking or service.

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings specified below:

“You” means the person(s) in whose name and/or on whose behalf the Booking is made. May also be referred to as “Tour Participant”, “They”, “Client”, “Them”, “His”, or “Her”.
“We” / “Us” / “Company” means Zenith Leisure Holidays Ltd.
“Infant” / “Child” mean respectively a person below the age of two years and a person more than two years but below twelve years.
“Contractor” / “Supplier” means any supplier of infrastructural facilities, including hotel managements, airlines, caterers, restaurants, places of entertainment (theme parks, museums, art galleries, etc.), shipping companies, railways, ferries, cruises, coaches providing services to the Client.
“Tour Cost” means the tour cost mentioned in the Price Grid / Brochures / online, plus other payments such as taxes, surcharges, etc., payable by the Client to the Company.
“Brochure” means printed Brochure, Website, Itinerary, Leaflets, Booklet, Price Grid.
“Website” means www.zenithholidays.com and its web pages.
“Cancellation Policy” means and includes all cancellation charges levied by the Company from time to time, third-party cancellation charges, etc., as described herein or in other documents.
“Visa Cancellation Policy” means cancellation charges levied by the Company arising from non-granting / delayed granting of visa by the concerned Consulate for any reason.
“VISA” means a certificate issued or stamp marked on the applicant’s passport by immigration authorities allowing temporary stay in a country. (Note: The Company acts only as a facilitator and has no role in issuance/rejection of Visas.)
“Jurisdiction” means exclusive jurisdiction of courts/forums in Kolkata.
“Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions, including How to Book Rules, Booking Form, Web Pages, Brochure, Price Grid, Itinerary, Promotion Booklet, and other documents as notified from time to time.

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of written confirmation/invoice. Provide accurate details (names as per passport, etc.). Errors may incur charges or cancellation without refund. Special requests are noted but not guaranteed.

Payments

Deposits (typically 20–50%) are required at booking; full balance due 30–60 days prior (varies). Payments via bank transfer, card, UPI, or offices. Late payments may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be in writing. Approximate charges (per person):

More than 60 days before departure: Administrative fee (10–20%)
59–30 days: 25–50%
29–15 days: 50–75%
14 days or less / No-show: 100% (no refund)

Airlines, hotels, and visas may have stricter rules. Refunds processed to original method (less fees) within 15–30 days.

Changes & Liability

Changes by you are subject to availability and fees. We may make minor itinerary changes; significant ones notified with options. We act as intermediaries — not liable for third-party (airlines, hotels, etc.) acts, delays, losses, or force majeure (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.). Travel insurance recommended.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts/Forums in Kolkata.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes posted here with revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
