Founder & Director

Mr. Manoj Mishra

Mr. Manoj Mishra is the visionary founder of Zenith Leisure Holidays Ltd, leading operations across multiple countries and driving innovation through technology and social initiatives.

Manoj is the founder director of Zenith Leisure Holidays Limited, which operates in 14 countries and 30 cities in India, with interests in MICE, Forex, Destination Management, Transport, and Leisure verticals.

He plays a key role in transforming the group’s focus toward the technology space and incubating startups. Notable ventures include the FinTech company ZenPay Solutions, the online education platform ZenithCampus.com, and the e-commerce startup ZenithMedicaid.com.

Mr. Manoj Mishra completed a professional course in hotel management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata, and a one-year postgraduate management program from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Actively involved with leading industry bodies in travel and tourism committees, he serves on the education board of prestigious IHMCTAN and has been an industry advisor to IITTM and IGNOU.

A strong believer in giving back to society, he is a founding member of Zenith Campus (online education), ZenKhushi NGO, and Mithila Kala Sansthan, focused on improving the quality of life for women in rural areas.

Mr. Mishra cherishes family bonds and lives in a joint family with his wife, son, daughter, and parents. He is an avid reader and adventure sports enthusiast.

Mr. Amitava Biswas is a seasoned leader steering Zenith's growth in leisure travel, MICE, events, and foreign exchange services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Mr. Amitava Biswas is a seasoned leader in the Indian travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as Whole-time Director at Zenith Leisure Holidays Limited.

Since the company's inception, Mr. Biswas has played a pivotal role in steering Zenith's growth and diversification across various travel segments, including MICE, leisure travel, events, and foreign exchange services.

His strategic vision and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in establishing Zenith as one of India's leading travel companies, renowned for its customer-centric approach and the guiding philosophy: "The journey is more important than the destination."
