If you choose to delete your account with Zenith MICE. Please follow the steps below to initiate the account deletion process:

Step 1: Open an Email

● Open your email using the registered email address with Zenith MICE.

Step 2: Compose the Email

● In the recipient field, enter the following email address: web@zenithholidays.com.
● In the subject line of the email, type: "Delete my account from Zenith MICE".

Step 3: Include Your Account Information

● In the body of the email, please provide the following information:
● Your full name.
● Your registered email address with Zenith MICE.
● Any additional information that may help us verify your identity, such as your registered phone number.

Step 4: Send the Email

● Double-check that all the information is accurate.
● Click the "Send" button to dispatch the email to Zenith MICE account deletion request inbox.

Step 5: Wait for Confirmation

● Our team will review your request as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your request.

Important Information:

● Your account will remain active until we confirm the deletion.
● Once the deletion process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
