| What travel documents am I required carrying while undertaking domestic air travel? |

You require the following documents for Domestic Travel:
1) Air Tickets - Confirmed air tickets to destination (one-way or return).
2) Photo ID proof: Valid Photo ID proof from any Government Office
(e.g., PAN Card / Driving License, etc.) displayed on the materials. |

| What do you mean by "Per person on twin sharing basis"? |
| |
This means the rates are for one person, when the accommodation is on twin-sharing, i.e. two people are sharing the room. Single occupancy has different rates; please contact our customer helpline number for these rates. |

| What happens if I am not carrying a copy of my E-Ticket to the airport? |
| |
| If you fail to carry a printout of your E-Ticket, you will need to go to the airline counter at the airport and request for an E-Ticket copy by providing the PNR number of your reservation. |

| What if I forget to carry the required identity proofs? |
| |
| One of the passenger booked on the ticket is required to present any of the five identity cards noted below in original during the train journey and same will be accepted as a proof of identity failing which the passenger will be treated as travelling without ticket and shall be dealt as per extant Railway Rules. Valid Identities are: Voter Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License / Photo ID card issued by Central / State Govt. |

| What travel documents am I required to carry while undertaking international travel? Any other rules? |

You require the following documents for International Travel:
1) Passport - Valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
2) Visa - Valid visa for the country you are visiting. You will also require a Transit Visa if you are transiting for more than 12 hours. Please check Transit Visa rules for the country of transit.
3) Travel insurance - It is advisable to carry valid Medical & Travel insurance when traveling internationally.
4) Foreign Currency - It is not allowed to carry more than US$ 10,000 as cash or travelers check.
5) Air Ticket - Confirmed return air ticket. A one-way air ticket will be accepted only for students or working professionals (Student Visa or Work Visa holders), as well as dependents of the working professionals. |

| How do I get a boarding pass for my flight? |
| |
1). For domestic flights, you will be issued your boarding pass at the time of check-in, along with a valid photo-ID. For international flights, the boarding pass will be issued after producing your original passport along with a valid visa to the destination you are travelling to.
2). For domestic flights, check-in is usually at least 90 minutes prior to departure time.
3). International travel requires check-in three hours prior to departure. Check with the airline you are travelling on. |

| What is the standard check-in/out time in the hotels? |
| |
| The standard check-in time is after 1400 hrs (local time) and check-out time is 12 noon. Please check with the agent for policy of the selected hotel. |

| What is the difference between Twin Room & Double Room? |
| |
| A Twin room has 2 Single or Queen-size beds where as a Double Room has 1 King-size bed. |
