Day 1 DEPART DELHI -ARRIVAL BAGDOGRA(ALT: 7000 / 2123 M)-ACCLIMATIZATION/ORIENTATION

Morning arrive at Delhi Airport to board flight to Bagdogra. Arrive Bagdogra and transfer to the Darjeeling (Approx 105 Kms/4 Hrs Drive).
Darjeeling is a land of breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the Mount Everest is the Queen of the hills. It is also home to the famous World Heritage train – The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway.
On arrival check in to Hotel and freshen up. Evening free for relax and explore nature on your own. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 2 DARJEELING – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (HALF DAY)

Early morning at around 3:45 AM drive to 8000 feet / 2440 meters through primitive forests of oak, magnolia to Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop. Return to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast rest for half an hour. Later proceed for next round of sightseeing. Half Day city tour includes- Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace Pagoda. Afternoon return back to hotel. Evening free to stroll around the area. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 3 DARJEELING TO KALIMPONG (APPROX 65 KMS / 2 HOURS)

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed for Kalimpong. Kalimpong is situated on the foothills of the Himalayas is a green destination at an altitude of 1243 meters / 4078 feet. It is a historical destination with bustling market, colorful people and offers spectacular views of the Himalayan range.
On arrival Check into hotel and freshen up. Drive for sightseeing tour through scenic road to Forest Museum (Closed On Thursday), Deolo Hill, Hanuman Mandir, Dr Graham Homes, Durbin Monastery, Mangaldham, Pine View Nurseries (Cactus Only). Return back to Hotel. Evening free to roam around the any of the hundred nurseries or the Local market area. Overnight stay at Kalimpong

Day 4 KALIMPONG TO GANGTOK (APPROX 105 KMS / 3 HOURS

After breakfast Check out from Hotel and drive to Gangtok. Gangtok is The capital of the 22nd State of India, Sikkim is one of the most beautiful hill station with varied options for tourist. It is known for the monastery, Orchids, High altitude Lake and butterflies.
On arrival Check into Hotel and freshen up. Proceed for Hal day sightseeing, visit to Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, etc. Evening return back to hotel. Over Night stay at Gangtok

Day 5 GANGTOK (EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR)

Morning breakfast at hotel. Later proceed for Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (New) nearly 40 kilometers. The Lake is oval shaped lake nearly 50 feet deep, Generally remain covered in snow for most of the year. This lake is home to the Brahmini ducks & many migratory birds. Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all. Return back to Gangtok. Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center on your own. Over Night stay at Gangtok

Day 6 DEPARTURE FROM GANGTOK TO BAGDOGRA (APPROX 135 KMS/5 HOURS)

After breakfast check out and proceed to airport for return flight to Kolkata.
Early Breakfast/Packed Breakfast at Hotel. Drive toward Bagdogra Airport to board flight back to Delhi.
Meal: Breakfast on board

Sightseeing entry fees, guide charge, any up-gradation charges.
Camera Charges in Monuments.
Any Water Rafting or adventure sports activity.
Cost for service not mentioned under the “cost includes” heads.
Personal expenses such as laundry, soft drinks, mineral water, porter, tip etc.
Expenses incurred due to change in oil price, mishaps, landslide, strike, political unrest etc. In such case.
Extras will be charged as per actual which will be collected directly from the guest

IMPORTANT NOTES:

For two or more families travelling together rooms cannot be guaranteed side by side or on the same floor as rooms are allotted depending upon check out of guests.
As a courtesy to all group members we maintain a rotational system of seating in the coaches.
Any meals en route will be provided at the best possible local restaurant/dhaba and will be vegetarian.
Room heaters if required can be provided on chargeable basis, subject to availability.
Hot water is only provided for 2 hours during the morning and evening.
Connectivity (phone as well as internet) is poor and unreliable in Hill Stations. Most hotels will not have a Wi-Fi connection.
Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
Please note that it is mandatory to carry photo proof ID card along with 4 passport size photographs for all passengers traveling to Tsomgo lake & Baba Mandir.
